The present invention relates to a Cucumis melo seed designated 34-765 RZ, which may exhibit a medium to dark greyish green color of the young fruit, a circular fruit shape in longitudinal section, a green ground color of the fruit skin with medium intensity and a yellowish hue, a small to medium size of the pistil scar, a reddish orange flesh color, and intermediate resistance to powdery mildew Podosphaera xanthii (Px) race 1, race 2, race 5.
