The present invention is directed to improvements related to the generation of aerosols and outlines an apparatus and methods which supports deagglomeration and counteracts reagglomeration of aerosol particles. The apparatus is provided with an arrangement of inlet conduits for pressurized gas that promote transportation with a rotational flow towards an exit conduit. In order to further support production of high quality aerosols, the apparatus can be provided with an impactor aligned with the exit conduit with at least one impacting surface that minimizes formation of impact residues.La présente invention concerne des améliorations relatives à la génération daérosols et présente un appareil et des procédés qui aident à la désagglomération et empêchent la ré-agglomération de particules daérosol. Lappareil est doté dun agencement de conduits dentrée pour gaz pressurisé qui promeuvent le transport avec un flux rotatif en direction dun conduit de sortie. De manière à davantage aider à la production daérosols de grande qualité, lappareil peut être doté dun impacteur aligné sur le conduit de sortie avec au moins une surface dimpact qui minimise la formation de résidus dimpact.
