PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide underpants for incontinence that can relieve a wearers stress in wearing by improving operability in putting a water absorbing pad in and out of a pocket part.SOLUTION: The underpants for incontinence includes a front part 2, a rear part 3, and a crotch part 4 extending with one end connected to the front part 2 and with the other end connected to the rear part 3. The crotch part 4 has a liquid permeating sheet 7 with liquid permeability, and an outer cover sheet 8 covering the liquid permeating sheet 7 from the outside in a state of both side parts being fixed to the liquid permeating sheet 7 from the front part 2 to the rear part 3, wherein one end edge 17 on the front part 2 side is formed inclining within a predetermined angle range with respect to a reference straight line m2 perpendicular to the extending direction of the crotch part 4.
