The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of dental digital teeth, an articulator, and a jig, using an x, y, z-axis recording device (dental xyz articulator jig for dental CAD/CAM system), which is a device used for designing and manufacturing digital artificial teeth during a manufacturing process of artificial teeth. The present invention comprises: a teeth record transferring device (1)； a dental articulator and jig (2) using an x, y, z-axis recording device； a plate (3) to be mounted on a scanner； an articulator (4)； artificial teeth data (5) corresponding to an anatomic location； and a teeth arrangement reference plate (6). If the teeth record transferring device in which information on the inside of oral cavity is recorded is fixed to an x, y, z coordinate record articulator jig, transferred to a plaster tooth form scanner, and scanned, artificial teeth data stored in an anatomic location in an artificial teeth design program and an anatomic location of a plaster tooth form are matched, thereby manufacturing digital artificial teeth that is functional and corresponds to aesthetic oral anatomy. Also, oral scanner data instead of the plaster tooth form can be used in the same way described above, thereby manufacturing digital artificial teeth that is functional and corresponds to aesthetic oral anatomy without the plaster tooth form.본 발명은 x y z축 기록 장치를 이용한 치과용 디지털 치아제작 방법과 교합기,지그{DEntal XYZ articulator ZIG FOR DENTAL CAD CAM SYSTEM}에 관 것으로 인공치아 제작 과정 중 디지털 인공치아 디자인 및 제작에 사용되어지는 장치이다.구성은 구강기록 전달장치(1),x y z축 기록 장치를 이용한 치과용 교합기 및 지그(2),스캐너 장착용 플레이트(3),교합기(4),해부학적 위치에 부합되는 인공치아 데이터(5),치아 배열 기준판(6)이다.구강 내 정보를 기록한 구강 기록 전달 장치를 xyz 좌표 기록 교합기 지그에 고정을 한 후 석고치형 스캐너에 옮겨 스캔을 하면,인공치아 디자인 프로그램내에 해부학적 위치에 저장되어 있는 인공치아 데이터와 석고치형의 해부학적 위치와 일치하기 때문에 기능적이고 심미적인 구강해부학에 부합되는 디지털 인공치아를 제작 할 수 있다.또한 석고치형이 아닌 구강 스캐너 데이터도 위와 동일한 술식으로 사용 할 수 있기 때문에 기능적이고 심미적인 구강해부학에 부합하는 디지털 인공치아를 석고치형 없이 제작 할 수 있다.
