The present invention relates to a dried sweet potato snack product preparing apparatus which cuts sweet potatoes in a predetermined size for steaming the sweet potatoes. More specifically, the dried sweet potato snack product preparing apparatus includes: a steamer primarily steaming sweet potatoes； a peeler which peels the skin of the primarily steamed sweet potatoes； a horizontal cutter which cuts the sweet potatoes peeled with the skin by the peeler into multiple oval-shaped sweet potato pieces in the horizontal direction； a vertical cutter which cuts the oval-shaped sweet potato pieces cut by the horizontal cutter in a vertical direction from the upper part to prepare multiple sweet potato sticks； and a steam tunnel unit secondarily steaming and cooling the sweet potato sticks formed by the vertical cutter. The dried sweet potato snack product preparing method reduces labor costs by using an automated facility apparatus, enhances productivity by reducing the preparing and processing time, and prepares the dried sweet potato snack product in a sanitary manner.본 발명은 고구마를 적당한 크기로 절단하여 스팀으로 증숙한 후, 건조한 고구마 말랭이 제조장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 고구마를 1차 증숙하는 증숙기와, 1차 증숙된 고구마의 표피를 박피하는 박피기와, 상기 박피기에 의해 표피가 박피된 고구마를 복수 개의 타원형 형상의 고구마 편으로 형성되도록 수평방향으로 절단하는 수평절단기와, 상기 수평절단기에서 수평방향으로 절단된 타원형 형상의 고구마 편을 상부에서 수직방향으로 절단함으로써 복수 개의 고구마 스틱을 형성하는 수직절단기와, 상기 수직절단기에서 형성된 복수 개의 고구마 스틱을 2차 증숙 및 냉각시키는 스팀터널기로 이루어진 것이 특징인 고구마 말랭이 제조장치에 관한 것이다.상술한 바와 같이 고구마 말랭이를 제조하는 방법은 자동화 설비장치를 이용하여 제조하기 때문에 인건비가 적게 들고, 제조 또는 가공시간을 줄여 생산성을 향상되며, 또한 매우 위생적으로 고구마 말랭이를 제조할 수 있다는 등의 현저한 효과가 있다.
