To this end, a plurality of spray nozzles (50) are connected to the fluid flow tube (14), and a fluid pump (11) is provided to inject the fluid to the outside through the spray nozzles (50). A filter (12) and a check valve (13) are connected to the top of the fluid flow tube (14), and an air movement tube (34) is connected to the spray nozzles (50). An air compressor (31) is provided at an initial position of supply in the air movement tube (34), and an electronic valve (32) which moves and checks air on the air movement tube (34) toward the spray nozzles (50) is connected.
