The lower body is relatively slid with respect to the upper body so that the lower surface of the upper body is slidably moved on the upper surface of the lower body to be switched between a connection state and a non-connection state. The medicine receiving chamber is arranged to be moved in a one section from the standby position to the discharge position so that entire of the lower opening portion of the medicine receiving chamber is within the upper opening portion of the upper body.
