PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil crushing device in which soil crushing work is completed in one time soil crushing work regardless of soil.SOLUTION: A soil crushing device is characterized as follows: a towing unit 2 for connection to a work vehicle such as a tractor is provided in the front of a frame-like flame 1 a drive shaft 3 driven by drive from outside is disposed between the left and right of the frame following the towing unit in the towing unit backward of the frame a first soil crushing member 4 is connected to the drive shaft a rotary shaft 5 driven by the drive from the outside is disposed behind the drive shaft a second soil crushing member 6 is connected to the rotary shaft multiple tines 42 directed in the vertical direction to the ground are rotated by the drive shaft so as to draw a circle in a plan view to the ground, respectively with respect to the first soil crushing member and the second soil crushing member comprises a culti-rotor type soil crushing body 63 in which the surface is parallel to the traveling direction of the work vehicle so as to rotate by the rotary shaft disposed between the left and right of the frame and a substantially C-shaped excavation knife 62 is disposed in a disk 61 provided to the rotary shaft vertically to the ground.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】一回の砕土作業で土質にかかわらず砕土作業が完了する砕土装置を提供すること。【解決手段】枠状のフレーム1の前部にはトラクタなどの作業車に連結するための牽引部2が設けられ、フレームの牽引部後方には牽引部に続けてフレームの左右間に外部からの駆動により駆動される駆動軸3が配設され駆動軸には第一の砕土部材4が連結され、駆動軸の後方には外部からの駆動により駆動される回転軸5が配設され回転軸には第二の砕土部材6が連結され、第一の砕土部材は地面に対し垂直方向に向いた複数のタイン42が地面に対しそれぞれ平面視で円を描くように駆動軸により回転させられ、第二の砕土部材はフレームの左右間に配設された回転軸により回転するようにその面が作業車の進行方向と並行で地面に対し垂直に向けて回転軸に設けられた円板61に略C字状の掘削刃62が配設されたカルチロータ形式の砕土体63からなる。【選択図】 図2
