PURPOSE: An oblique tension suture for treatment of ruptured patellar ligament is provided to assist structural stability and healing as the suture is applied to every orthopedic surgical diseases requiring offsetting of strength generated between a quadripartitioned muscle and ligamentum patella during a period of treatment.CONSTITUTION: An oblique tension suture for treatment of ruptured patellar ligament comprises the following steps after repairmen from damages caused by rupture of patellar ligament, fracture of kneepan, tearing of subkneepan fibrocartilage, and laceration of quadripartitioned tendon. An interrupted suture is performed on an inner/outer soft tissue with a center of the patellar ligament in a direction (distal direction) resistive against a tensile force in a proximal direction. Each sealing shares the tensile force by gradually adding the sealing in directions of the quadripartitioned tendon through patella (1) from a side of the patellar ligament.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013본 발명은 개와 고양이를 비롯한 소동물에서 발생할 수 있는 근골격계 질환의 하나인 슬개인대 파열을 교정하기 위한 기존의 수술기법에 보조적으로 실시할 수 있는 시술에 관한 것이다. 슬개인대는 슬개골과 연결되어 대퇴네갈래근에 의한 강한 장력을 받는 조직이기 때문에, 치유 기간의 초기에 이 힘이 슬개인대에 직접적으로 작용하지 않게 하는 장치가 필수적으로 요구된다. Tension-band fixation은 이러한 경우에 일반적으로 적용되는 고정법이지만, 치유 기간 중에 orthopedic wire의 피로골절에 의해 고정력을 잃게 되는 경우가 다발한다. 본 발명에서는 상기 문제, 즉 tension-band wire가 끊어진 후에도 일정기간 슬개인대에 가해지는 장력을 완화시켜 치료를 도모할 수 있는 보조적인 수술법을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다.본 발명에서 과제의 해결 방법은 일반적인 tension-band wiring을 실시한 이후 슬개인대 봉합을 완료하고, 슬개인대 및 슬개골 그리고 대퇴네갈래근에서 주변 연부조직에 원위방향으로 장력을 가하는 사선 장력 봉합술을 실시하여, wire가 끊어진 이후에도 슬개인대가 받아야 할 인장력을 각각의 봉합사들이 나누어 상쇄시킬 수 있는 봉합을 실시하는 것이다. 이 발명은 단독으로 tension-band wire의 기능을 대신할 순 없지만, 일정기간 wire의 기능이 유지되고, 더 이상 wire가 기능할 수 없을 때, 수술 부위를 안정화시키는 효과를 발휘할 것이다. 또한, 부분적으로 wire의 피로골절의 발생하는 시점을 지연시키는 효과를 야기할 수 있을 것이며, 최종적으로 인대 손상의 치유 및 술 후 예후를 증진시키는 이점을 이끌어낼 것이다.
