The present invention relates to a gait rehabilitation device which comprises: an insole type weight sensor unit for detecting a weight for every position of a sole when a patient undergoing rehabilitative exercises walks so as to detect a movement of the center of gravity and an inertia sensor unit for detecting a three-dimensional movement of an ankle by being worn around an ankle of the patient undergoing rehabilitative exercises so as to detect a step and the walking speed. Therefore, the gait rehabilitation device can induce normal walking suitable for a body shape of the patient undergoing rehabilitative exercises.본 발명은 보행 재활 훈련 장치에 관한 것으로, 재활 환자의 보행시 발바닥의 위치마다 무게를 검출하여 무게중심의 이동을 검출하는 인솔타입의 무게센서부와, 재활 환자의 발목에 착용되어 발목의 3차원 움직임을 검출하여, 보폭 및 보행속도를 검출하는 관성센서부를 포함한다.
