The invention relates to a family of analogue compounds of squalamine for their use as a drug, in particular for treating or for preventing mycobacterial infections, in particular tuberculosis. A further aim of the present invention is new analogue compounds of squalamine and their use as a drug, in particular for treating or for preventing bacterial, fungal, viral, parasitic infections, or in the treatment of cancer in humans or animals, as well as pharmaceutical or veterinary compositions comprising said compounds. Finally, the invention relates to the use of these new compounds as disinfecting and/or decontaminating agents.L'invention concerne une famille de composés analogues de la squalamine pour leur utilisation comme médicament, en particulier pour le traitement ou la prévention d'infections mycobactériennes, notamment de la tuberculose. La présente invention a également pour objet de nouveaux composés analogues de la squalamine et leur utilisation comme médicament, notamment pour le traitement ou la prévention d'infections bactériennes, fongiques, virales, parasitaires ou dans le traitement du cancer chez l'homme ou l'animal, ainsi que des compositions pharmaceutiques ou vétérinaires les comprenant. L'invention concerne enfin l'utilisation de ces nouveaux composés comme agents désinfectant et/ou décontaminant.
