PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid preparing device that prepares liquid in an easier way.SOLUTION: A liquid medicine preparing device 10 is provided with an intermediate vessel 30 for every medicine bottle 100. The intermediate vessel is connected with a decompression pump 12 and a pressure pump 22 through a decompression pipe 18 and a pressure pipe 28. For sucking a liquid medicine into the intermediate vessel 30, its interior is decompressed by keeping a decompression valve 32 open, and then a suck valve 38 is opened to make the medicine bottle 100 communicate with the intermediate vessel 30 to suck the liquid medicine into the intermediate vessel 30. For discharging the liquid medicine temporarily stored in the intermediate vessel 30, its interior is decompressed by keeping a pressure valve 34 open, and then a discharge valve 46 is opened to make the intermediate vessel 30 communicate with an administration bottle 110 to discharge the liquid medicine.
