Certain embodiments are directed to a peptide comprising all or part of an amino acid sequence that is at least 90% identical to the ammo acid sequence of MAAFGILSYEHRPLKRPRLGPPDVYPQDPKQKEDELTALNVKQGFNNQPAVSGDEHGSAKNVSFNPAKISSNFSSIIAEKLRCNTLPDT (SEQ ID NO:1). In certain aspects a peptide can comprise 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 or 100 consecutive amino acids that is 90, 95, or 100% identical SEQ ID NO:1. In certain embodiments a peptide described herein can be comprised in a pharmaceutical composition. Certain aspects are directed to an expression vector encoding a peptide as described herein.
