Catheter contains case and end electrode, distal with respect to catheter case, with envelope wall and cavity. Envelope wall contains, at least, illumination hole and assemble hole. First fibre-optic cable is connected to illumination hole. Second fibre-optic cable is connected to cavity. Light, emitted from first fibre-optoc cable passes out from end electrode to travel to tissue thigh illumination hole, which determines first way, and returns to end electrode from tissue into cavity through assemble hole, which determines second way. First and second ways are optically isolated one from the other in end electrode. Second version of catheter implementation includes presence on end electrode with envelope wall of several illumination and assemble holes, and corresponding quantity of fibre-optic cables. In order to manufacture omnidirectional end electrode with isolated optic ways envelope wall with cavity is provided. After that, at least, one assemble hole is formed into envelope wall, at least, one illumination hole is formed in envelope wall.
