According to the present invention, the adhesion spawn type incubator for a fish, which is a device for hatching eggs of an adhesion spawn type fish, comprises: a hatching water tank formed to accommodate water, and in which a circulating pump having a first filter is installed in one side of an inside and an adhesion plate to which eggs are attached is installed in the other side thereof an auxiliary water tank including a second filter filtering water circulated from the hatching water tank by the circulating pump, and disposed toward the upper part of the hatching water tank and at least one or more water flow generating tubes connected to the auxiliary water tank and vertically installed inside the auxiliary water tank to allow the filtered water of the hatching water tank to free fall from the upper part of the adhesion plate to the adhesion plate. As water flow is generated by the falling water by allowing water supplied to the auxiliary water tank to free fall to the adhesion plate to which eggs are attached through the water flow generating tubes continuously, oxygen is supplied to the eggs for artificial hatching. According to the present invention, after water in the hatching water tank is circulated to the auxiliary water tank positioned upwards and filtered, a predetermined amount of the filtered water at a predetermined pressure is free falling to the adhesion plate to which eggs are attached, thereby forming water flow. Therefore, the filtered water containing oxygen can be supplied to the eggs attached to the adhesion plate. As water flow is naturally generated, impurities and the like are not attached to the adhesion plate, thereby implementing a hatching environment similar to a natural hatching environment.
