The present invention relates to an end-effector for harvesting paprika, which comprises: a blade unit which is in contact with a stem of an object to be harvested and a gripping unit gripping the object to be harvested, and harvesting the object to be harvested by rotating the object to be harvested in a state of gripping the object to be harvested to cut the stem when the blade unit is in contact with the stem. Therefore, the object to be harvested can be easily harvested.본 발명은 파프리카 수확용 엔드이펙터에 관한 것으로써, 피수확물의 줄기에 접촉하는 블레이드부 및 상기 피수확물을 파지하며, 상기 블레이드부가 상기 줄기에 접촉되는 경우, 상기 피수확물을 파지한 상태에서 상기 피수확물을 회동시킴으로써 상기 줄기를 절단하여 상기 피수확물을 수확하는 파지부를 포함한다.이러한 본 발명에 따르면, 블레이드부가 파프리카의 줄기 부분에 접촉된 상태에서 파지된 피수확물을 회동시켜 파프리카의 줄기를 절단하는 것이 가능하고, 이에 의해서, 피수확물이 용이하게 수확될 수 있다.
