Disclosure is related to an in-ear temperature monitoring apparatus, a system, and a monitoring method using the apparatus. The in-ear temperature monitoring apparatus has an in-ear housing disposed with a temperature sensing interface. In the housing, the main components include a temperature sensing module, a micro-controlling unit, and a wireless communication module. The temperature sensing module includes an infrared sensor disposed in the in-ear housing a signal converter used to convert the infrared signals into temperature signals. After that, the temperature signals are converted to the communication signals.
