Provided is a skin cleansing agent composition comprising (A) a fatty acid salt component comprising (A1) a lauric acid salt, (A2) a myristic acid salt and (A3) a palmitic acid salt, (B) an amphoteric surfactant, (C) at least one component selected from a specific copolymer and a specific crosspolymer, and (D) a copolymer composed of (d1) a dimethyldiallyl ammonium chloride monomer unit and/or (d2) an acrylic acid monomer unit and/or an acrylamide monomer unit, wherein the content of the component (A) is 5 to 25 mass pcnt , the contents of the components (A1), (A2) and (A3) are specified amounts relative to the total content, i.e., 100 parts by mass, of the components (A1), (A2) and (A3), and the mass content of the component (C) to the mass content of the component (D), i.e., (C)/(D), is 0.2 to 5.
