The present invention relates to an oral pharmaceutical composition comprising pemetrexed which is a water-soluble anticancer drug, and a method for preparing the same. More specifically, a complex is formed by an ionic bond of a cholanic acid derivative, which is an oral absorption enhancer, and pemetrexed, and the complex is mixed with a pharmaceutical additive and then compressed in a form of a capsule or a tablet or incorporated into an internal water phase of multiple-emulsion nanoemulsion of water-in-oil-in-water (w/o/w), thereby enhancing oral bioavailability of the pemetrexed which is a water-soluble anticancer drug, and thus, it is possible to produce the pemetrexed, which is currently administered through an injection, in an oral dosage form. Accordingly, it is possible to resolve inconvenience and other problems caused by usage of the injection and contribute to improving patient compliance and reducing medical expenses.본 발명은 수용성 항암제인 페메트렉시드를 포함하는 경구용 약학 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 경구흡수촉진제인 담즙산 유도체와 페메트렉시드의 이온결합에 의한 복합체를 형성하고, 이를 약제학적 첨가제와 혼합한 후 캡슐 혹은 정제의 형태로 압착하거나 수중유중수형 (water-in-oil-in-water, w/o/w)의 다중 유화 나노 에멀젼의 내부 수상에 포함시켜 수용성 항암제인 페메트렉시드의 경구 생체이용률을 향상시킴으로써 현재 주사제 제형으로만 투여되고 있는 페메트렉시드를 경구 투여가 가능한 제형으로 제조하여 주사제 사용의 불편함과 문제점을 개선하고, 환자의 순응도 개선 및 의료비 절감에 기여할 수 있는 경구용 약학 조성물에 관한 것이다.
