PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stamp taxation management system and program for accurately calculating the amount of stamp taxes to be imposed on each stamp taxation document neither too much or too less.SOLUTION: A server device 3 recognizes a date when data have been entered in a commission form 2 with an electronic pen 1 on the basis of entry information with the electronic pen 1 in the commission form 2 as a stamp taxation document, and recognizes a tax payment reference date when a tax payment duty with respect to the commission form 2 is generated. Then, the server device 3 calculates the total sum of the stamp taxes of each commission form 2 to which the stamp taxes are imposed in a predetermined payment tax object period on the basis of the recognized tax payment reference date.
