The present invention relates to a moisture measurement and moisture supply method of crops in conjunction with a light amount control device, the invention comprising: a measurement step for measuring, after installing an electrode sensor to soil wherein crops are planted, a moisture content of soil by means of the electrode sensor； a setting step for identifying a moisture content of soil, measured by the electrode sensor, and thereby, a user setting a minimum moisture content and a maximum moisture content that should be contained in soil in accordance with characteristics of crops, and setting a moisture content of soil at the time of supplying moisture to crops； a detection step for detecting a moisture content of soil on a continual basis as the electrode sensor installed to soil measures a moisture content of soil and thereby an electric numerical value is converted to a visibly identifiable numerical value； and a supply step for supplying, when reaching to a user set numerical value in the setting step based on the numerical values measured in the detection step, moisture to crops and performing continuous detection.
