The present invention provides a preventive or therapeutic agent for Alzheimer's disease (AD), comprising a combination of two or more compounds selected from the group consisting of compounds represented by compound numbers 1 to 130. Since these compounds are existing drugs whose safety and pharmacokinetics in humans have already been confirmed by experience, they can be used as a preemptive treatment for the AD preliminary group at the previous stage leading to mild cognitive impairment (MCI).本発明は、化合物番号１～１３０で表される化合物からなる群より選択される２以上の化合物を組み合わせてなる、アルツハイマー病（AD）の予防又は治療剤を提供する。これらの化合物は、ヒトでの安全性と体内動態が実績によって既に確認されている既存薬であることから、軽度認知障害（MCI）に至る前段階のAD予備群に対する先制治療の手段となり得る。
