The notified product is a patch for use as a medical device with antiseptic properties, containing an impermeable protective layer and a layer containing the active substance. The patch is characterized by the fact that it is embedded in the medical network (1) of a hydrogel (2) obtained by the method of pouring out an aqueous solution of polysaccharide with glycerin in quantities from 60 to 200 weight parts to 100 weight parts of dry polysaccharide, secured from the top with a flexible protective layer (3) glued with a self-adhesive acrylic adhesive,and from the bottom of the dehydration paper. Polysaccharide is potato starch and/or carboxymethyloscopy and/or carboxymethylcellulose. The patch also contains eugenol or menthol in quantities from 0 to 60 weight parts per 100 weight of dry polysaccharide. Shethe January protective layer (3) is impermeable paper or fabric. The self-adhesive acrylic adhesive (4) has a grammar of 30 g/m3. The notification shall also cover the method of obtaining plastics for use as medical devices with antiseptic properties.Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest plaster do zastosowania jako opatrunek medyczny o właściwościach antyseptycznych, zawierający ochronną warstwę nieprzepuszczalną i warstwę zawierającą substancję czynną. Plaster charakteryzuje się tym, że stanowi on osadzony na siatce medycznej (1) hydrożel (2) otrzymany metodą wylewania wodnego roztworu polisacharydowego z gliceryną w ilości od 60 do 200 części wagowych na 100 części wagowych suchego polisacharydu, zabezpieczony od góry elastyczną warstwą ochronną (3) przyklejoną za pomocą samoprzylepnego kleju akrylowego, zaś od spodu papierem dehezyjnym. Polisacharyd stanowi skrobia ziemniaczana i/lub karboksymetyloskrobia i/lub karboksymetyloceluloza. Korzystnie plaster zawiera eugenol lub mentol w ilości od 0 do 60 części wagowych na 100 części wagowych suchego polisacharydu.
