A pharmaceutical controlled release formulation with reduced influence of food, wherein said composition comprises the active agent and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient, wherein the active agent has a limited absorption window, and which shows a negative food effect upon oral administration of said dosage form to a subject active agent with immediate vysvobozhdeniem.2. A pharmaceutical controlled release formulation according to claim 1, wherein said composition comprises a sustained release layer and a layer with immediate vysvobozhdeniem.3. A pharmaceutical controlled release formulation according to claim 2, wherein said active agent is introduced into said layer with said sustained release and immediate release layer in a weight ratio of about 1:10 to about 10: 1.4. A pharmaceutical controlled release formulation according to claim 1, wherein the food effect is less than 50% .5. A pharmaceutical controlled release formulation according to claim 4, wherein the food effect of less than 40% .6. A pharmaceutical controlled release formulation according to claim 5, wherein the food effect is less than 30% .7. A pharmaceutical controlled release formulation according to claim 2, wherein sustained release layer comprises i) an active agent, b) optionally, at least one release modifier and c) at least one agent with long vysvobozhdeniem.8.
