The present invention relates to a movable sitz bath and hot water cleaning apparatus comprising: a chair part including a toilet seat support plate； a toilet seat part including a toilet seat mounted on the toilet seat support plate and an input panel installed on one side of the toilet seat to receive an input signal； a water storage tank coupled to one side of the toilet seat part and storing water in the inside； a bidet function part installed inside the toilet seat part to perform hot water cleaning which sprays the water of the water storage tank towards an inward direction of the toilet seat to clean a user′s anus with hot water； a sitz bath function part including a sitz bath detachably coupled to an upper part of the toilet seat and supplying the water of the water storage tank to the inside of the sitz bath to realize a sitz bath function； and a control part to control the water storage tank, the bidet function part, and the sitz function part in accordance with the input signal inputted through the input panel. The chair part includes: a plurality of legs vertically installed in a lower part of the toilet seat support plate； a moving wheel installed in a lower part of the leg； a backrest vertically installed in a rear end of the toilet seat support plate to support user′s back； a drain tank detachably coupled among the legs, and storing wastewater generated after use of the bidet or sitz bath function parts； and a drain tank frame supporting the drain tank to allow the drain tank to be slid.
