INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention relates to fetal developmental deficiencies such as abnormal movement quality and abnormal neurological development, including SSEA-3-positive pluripotent stem cells isolated from living mesenchymal tissues or cultured mesenchymal cells. Provided are cell preparations and pharmaceutical compositions for ameliorating and treating accompanying brain disorders. It is envisioned that the cell preparation of the present invention is based on a mechanism of administering Muse cells to a subject having the above-mentioned disorder so that the Muse cells are engrafted to the damaged brain tissue to improve and treat the above-mentioned disorder.再生医療において、多能性幹細胞（Ｍｕｓｅ細胞）を用いた新たな医療用途を提供することを目的とする。本発明は、生体の間葉系組織又は培養間葉系細胞から分離されたＳＳＥＡ－３陽性の多能性幹細胞を含む、運動の質の異常や神経学的発達の異常などの胎児発育不全に伴う脳障害を改善及び治療するための細胞製剤及び医薬組成物を提供する。本発明の細胞製剤は、上記障害を有する対象に対し、Ｍｕｓｅ細胞を投与することにより、障害脳組織に生着させ、上記障害を改善及び治療する機構に基づいていることが想定される。
