The hot air inducing member is placed so that the hot air from the blowing fan is supplied continuously from the upper part of the drying room to the lower of the same or vise versa. The apparatus for drying produce comprises a detachable dried goods storage unit(70) which has a tray(71) for storing the dried goods.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013본 발명은 예를 들어 고추, 무, 건나물, 표고버섯, 인삼 등의 농산물을 건조하는 농산물 건조 장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 별도의 제습 구조물 없이 농산물을 효율적으로 건조할 수 있는 농산물 건조 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 농산물 건조 장치는 출입이 가능하도록 구성된 하우징 상기 하우징의 내부에 설치되되, 상기 하우징의 상부와 측면부로부터 각각 일정 거리 이격된 상태로 설치되어 피건조물이 수납되는 공간이 규정되는 건조실 상기 건조실의 상부와 상기 하우징의 상부 사이로 규정되는 공간에 배치되어 있는 가열유닛(heating unit) 및 상기 가열유닛의 양 측면에 배치되어 상기 가열유닛으로부터의 가열공기를 순환시키기 위한 복수의 송풍팬 및 상기 건조실의 외측면과 상기 하우징의 내측면으로 규정되는 공간에 설치되어 상기 송풍팬으로부터의 가열공기를 상기 건조실의 내부로 유도하여 순환시키기 위한 가열공기유도부재를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 건조하고자 하는 농산물에 원적외선을 간접 방식으로 조사함으로써 농산물의 훼손 가능성을 배제할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 농산물의 건조 중에 발생하는 수분을 다시 가열유닛으로 순환시킴으로써 별도의 제습 장치를 요구하지 않게 된다.
