The present invention relates to a composition for treating or preventing inflammatory diseases containing fractions of Euphorbia humifusa Willd or Euphorbia supina Rafin as an effective component. The fractions of Euphorbia humifusa Willd or Euphorbia supina Rafin according to the present invention is confirmed to have an excellent anti-inflammatory effect in a mouse model in which ulcerative colitis is induced using DSS, is confirmed to have an excellent anti-inflammatory effect in a cell model in which the inflammation is induced using LPS in a RAW 264.7 cell, and is capable of being used for preventing and treating inflammatory diseases.본 발명은 땅빈대(Euphorbia humifusa Willd.) 또는 애기땅빈대 (Euphorbia supina Rafin.)의 분획물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 염증 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 땅빈대 또는 애기땅빈대의 분획물은 DSS를 이용해 궤양성 대장염을 유발시킨 마우스 모델에서 우수한 항 염증 효과를 가지는 것으로 확인되었으며, RAW 264.7 세포에서 LPS를 이용하여 염증을 유발시킨 세포 모델에서도 우수한 항염증 효과가 나타내므로 염증 질환의 예방 또는 치료에 유용하게 이용할 수 있다.
