A device for heating a predetermined surface area of a human body, including but not limited to a person's wrist, neck and back, in accordance with the present invention includes a pouch for heating a predetermined surface area of a person's body； at least one heating element specified to heat the predetermined surface area of the person's body to a predetermined temperature； and a band or strap for securing the pouch to the predetermined surface area of the person's body, whereby, the pouch having at least one heating element inserted therein is secured upon the predetermined surface area of the person's body to ultimately heat the predetermined surface area to a predetermined temperature.
