PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide foam stabilization compositions that rely upon an electrostatic charge interaction.SOLUTION: According to the invention, positively charged class of polymers such as polyethyleneimine (PEI) polymers are used to provide a long electrostatic interaction with detersive anionic or amphoteric surfactants present in the same. The interaction must be of sufficient character so that the components do not precipitate out but causes longer lasting and increased foam production.
