PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell for a mattress having a new structure which can prevent bottom hitting and which can achieve stable supply/exhaust of a fluid with a simple structure, and a mattress using the same.SOLUTION: An elastic body 30 is accommodated in a fluid chamber 26, and an upper region 32 formed above the elastic body 30 can set the change of volume by adjusting a fluid amount inside the fluid chamber 26. On an outer peripheral edge part of a bottom wall of a bag-like body 12, a guide support part 20 is formed which gradually tilts upward toward the outer peripheral side, and the elastic body 30 is supported by a lower surface outer peripheral edge coming into contact with the guide support part 20. A lower region 34 is formed below the elastic body 30, and a side region 36 is formed on the lateral side of the elastic body 30, and the lower region 34 and the side region 36 are communicated with each other.
