PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic device which improves workability by allowing setting work of image quality parameters to be smoothly and properly performed without depending on memory of an operator, and shortens time required for diagnosis to enhance diagnostic efficiency.SOLUTION: A parameter storage part 5 stores a preset value of an image quality parameter set commonly with respect to all the subjects, and stores a set value used in the previous inspection for each subject. Under the control of a parameter display control part 6, the set value used previously, the preset value, and a set value to be used in future are displayed in a list for each image quality parameter on a parameter display part 13.
