PURPOSE: A method for preparing and using silicon water containing minerals is provided to cost-effectively obtain the silicon water and satisfying the quality standard of drinking water with the silicon water. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing silicon water includes a silicate dissolving process as a primary process. The silicate dissolving process dissolves silicate materials in purified water to obtain silicon water. The method for preparing the silicon water further includes auxiliary processes selected from the following: a process for eliminating single cation from silicate dissolved in water； a diluting process for maintaining the concentration of the silicon； a process for adjusting the pH value of drinking water to satisfy the quality standard of the drinking water； A filtering process for eliminating suspended materials from the water； and a process for sterilizing the drinking water.본 발명은 인체의 신진 대사과정을 활발하게 제공하여 질병을 예방할 수 있도록 음용할 수 있는 물에 미네랄 성분이 포함된 규소수를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 규산염을 물에 포함시키기 위한 규산염(Silicate) 용해단계와； 수중에 용해된 규산염에 있어서 단독의 양이온을 제거하기 위한 양이온 제거단계와； 규산염의 농도를 적절히 유지하기 위한 희석단계와； 음용수 수질조건에 적합하도록 응용수의 수소이온농도를 조절하기 위한 pH 조절단계와； 음용수 중의 이물질이나 부유물질을 제거하기 위한 여과단계와； 규소수를 제조하는 과정 중 음용수 중에 발생된 감염된 세균을 박멸하기 위한 살균단계로 이루어져 종래의 규소의 함량이 저조한 음용수를 대체할 수 있는 공정이 간단하고, 가격 경쟁력을 갖춘 규소 수 제조방법 및 규소 수 제조장치에 관한 것이다.
