PURPOSE: A cultivation method of Allium fistulosum is provided to enable users to harvest the Allium fistulosum from late in May to early in July incapable of cultivating the Allium fistulosum. CONSTITUTION: A cultivation method of Allium fistulosum comprises the following steps: sowing seed Allium fistulosum from late in June to early in July； harvesting the seed Allium fistulosum from late in November to early in December； tying the seed Allium fistulosum, and naturally drying for 30 days in the shade； storing the seed Allium fistulosum in a low temperature storage house； and sowing the seed Allium fistulosum from late in March to early in April next year, and harvesting the Allium fistulosum from late in May to early in July.본 발명은, 종자파를 6월 하순에서 7월 상순에 파종하는 제1단계； 상기 종자파를 11월 하순에서 12월 상순에 수확하는 제2단계； 수확한 종자파를 엮어서 응달에 메달아 30일간 자연건조하는 제3단계； 자연건조된 종자파를 내부온도가 5℃로 유지되는 저온창고에 저장하는 제4단계； 이듬해 저장된 종자파를 3월 하순에서 4월 상순에 파종하는 제5단계； 및 재배된 쪽파를 5월 하순부터 7월 상순에 수확하는 제6단계；를 포함하는 쪽파재배방법을 특징으로 한다.따라서, 본 발명에 따르면, 6월 하순 내지 7월 상순에 파종한 종자파를 11월 말 내지 12월 상순에 수확하여 겨울동안 자연건조 및 저장한 후 이듬해 3월 하순 내지 4월 상순에 파종하게 되므로, 5월 하순부터 7월 상순에도 쪽파를 수확할 수 있게 되는 효과가 있다.
