A choledochoilluminating drainage device is disclosed, which includes a drainage catheter and at least one optical fiber disposed in or on there. The optical fiber includes at least one light-emitting structure. While the drainage catheter is put into a duct in an organism, light can be emitted out from the light-emitting structure guided by the optical fiber disposed in or on the drainage catheter, passing through the walls of the drainage catheter and the organisms duct, thereby illuminating the organisms duct and the surrounding region.
