PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: specific binding agents, such as fully human antibodies, that bind to angiopoietin-2 (Ang-2), in order to inhibit undesired angiogenesis in a mammal； and heavy chain fragments, light chain fragments, and CDRs of the antibodies, and methods of making and using the antibodies.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to specific binding agents that recognize and bind to Ang-2.
