This invention discloses a dental restoration structure having high adherence strength for bonding on the gums. The dental restoration structure includes a metal coping, a coating porcelain layer, and a dental porcelain layer. The metal coping is coupled on the gums. The coating porcelain layer is coated on the surface of the metal coping by atmospheric plasma spray coating technology. The dental porcelain layer is sintered on the coating porcelain layer. Hence, the adherence strength between the metal coping and the dental porcelain layer will be increased.
