PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide healthy bedding with which a blood circulation promotion effect can work not only on the head and the neck parts, but also on a wide range such as on the shoulder, back, lumbar and foot parts.SOLUTION: Substances having a blood circulation promotion effect are used in a pillow cover 100 and in sheets 200A, 200B, and 200C extending from one edge of the cover. For the substances having the blood circulation promotion effect, magnet, titanium, germanium, and tourmaline are used individually or complexly.
