Novel veterinary vaccine compositions for use in the treatment of infectious diseases caused by or associated with Pasteurellaceae family bacteria.The present invention provides vaccine compositions comprising as active ingredient Pasteurella multocida strain PM1094 or an outer-membrane protein extract thereof for the therapeutic and prophylactic treatment in animals of respiratory infections which are caused by or associated with bacteria belonging to the family Pasteurellaceae, to improve animal health and productivity.
