One kind of biomedical superparamagnetic nanoparticles and manufacture method thereof are provided in this patent claim. The manufacture method of superparamagnetic nanoparticles comprise following constituents: a suspension which includes calcium phosphate nanoparticles, and a metal ion solution which includes magnetic metal ions. Then, the suspension and the metal ion solution are well-mixed. The pH value of the mixture is adjusted to basic condition by adding an alkaline solution. Next, hot water bath is treated for a defined period of time followed by accompanying with the epitaxial growth of magnetic metal ions oh the surface of the calcium phosphate nanoparticles. Finally, collecting and separating calcium phosphate particles from the above solution, which contains magnetic metal crystalline. The calcium phosphate particles possessing magnetic metal crystalline on the surface have a superparamagnetic property and are with potential to be used in the biomedical fields.一種醫用超順磁奈米粒子及其製造方法,其步驟首先提供含有磷酸鈣鹽類顆粒的懸浮液,以及提供含有磁性金屬離子的金屬離子溶液。接著,將懸浮液與金屬離子溶液相混合,並將此混合液以鹼性溶液滴定至酸鹼值呈鹼性。接著令磁性金屬離子磊晶成長於磷酸鈣鹽類顆粒的表面,然後從混合液中分離並收集具有磁性金屬晶粒的磷酸鈣鹽類顆粒。這些具有磁性金屬晶粒的磷酸鈣鹽類顆粒帶有超順磁的特性,可做為生物醫學領域之應用。
