On the outer peripheral side of a main easy-cutting part 40A formed in an inverse U shape therein, a main connection part 42A for mutually connecting a plurality of members configuring the exterior sheet 20 is arranged similarly from the body opening 36 to the leg openings 38 in the abdominal side part F. Accompanying that, the main connection part 42A is also formed in the inverse U shape, and the lower end part of the main connection part 42A reaches the two leg openings 38 respectively. An upper side connection part 42B is formed along a vertical direction between two upper side easy-cutting parts 40B from the body opening 36 toward the peak part of the main connection part 42A.
