PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human-powered driving device which further enlarges differences in muscular groups of a human body used at the time of bidirectional treading driving.
SOLUTION: The device has a human-power input device 101 which can perform a specific bidirectional rotating input, and whose output end sends rotational movement energy to an input end of a fixed-rotating-directional-output transmission device 102. Further, through the fixed-rotating-directional-output via an output end of the fixed-rotating-directional-output transmission device 102, the human-powered driving device of a load wheel set 103 is driven. A user can freely choose a driving input direction and, further, because of a transmitting device of the fixed-rotating directional output having a different speed change ratio, the fixed rotating directional output of the different speed change ratio is executed in accordance with the input of the different driving direction.
