PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathing device with a safe connecting mechanism which credibly connects a conveying vehicle and a bathtub and prevents a stretcher from falling off from the bathtub.SOLUTION: The bathing device with a connecting mechanism comprises the bathtub 3, the conveying vehicle 2 and the stretcher 4. A connecting mechanism 28 for connecting the bathtub 3 and the conveying vehicle 2 is arranged between the bathtub 3 and the conveying vehicle 2. The connecting mechanism 28 has a moving mechanism 35 for moving the conveying vehicle 2 toward the bathtub 3 while engaging the bathtub 3 with the conveying vehicle 2.
