To provide an orthodontic appliance which can make thumbs of left and right feet approximate each other so that the left and right feet are opened in an "inverted V-shape" when viewed from a user, and can make heels of the left and right feet approximate each other so as to be opened in an "inverted V-shape" when viewed from the user.SOLUTION: This orthodontic appliance is composed of a pedestal (2), a leg placing table (3) which is slidable on the pedestal (2), and adjustment members (4) for controlling a position and an angle of the leg placing table (3). The pedestal (2) is composed of a horizontal portion and a vertical portion. Horizontal rails on which the leg placing table (3) can slide are arranged at the horizontal portion, and also vertical rails are arranged at the vertical portion.
