The invention relates to a dressing comprising an absorbent foam (2) and a protective substrate (4) that is impermeable to fluids, but permeable to water vapor, said substrate being formed by assembling a film (4a) and an openwork reinforcement that is coated with an adhesive silicone gel (4b) without blocking the openings in the reinforcement.
