The present invention relates to a benthos capture device in an intertidal zone and, more specifically, to a device comprising a hunting and collecting means for easily hunting and collecting of fish and shellfish in the intertidal zone regardless of the day and the night, and a safety means for safe hunting and collecting activities of a user.
