The present invention relates to a WNT10-derived peptide, a composition comprising the same for reducing hair-loss and improving skin, and a composition comprising the same for treating WNT10 signaling-related disease and DKK-1 protein-induced disease. The WNT1-derived peptide of the present invention has an equivalent or similar function of natural WNT10 protein superior safety to that of natural WNT10 protein and good skin permeability.
