PURPOSE: A minced meat forming system is provided to control the quantity of minced meat supplied to a forming groove on a surface of a transfer drum. CONSTITUTION: A rotor blade and a pressure bar(30) are installed on a minced meat supply hopper. The rotor blade supplies minced meat to a forming cast(2). The pressure bar prevents a lump of the minced meat while pressurizing the minced meat through the forming cast. A minced meat supply hole(1'3) is formed on a side of a bottom surface of the minced meat supply hopper. The rotor blade is installed on rotary shaft(1'4) rotated by a motor to control an angle.본 발명은 분육을 성형하는 분육 성형시스템에 관한 것으로서, 특히 성형틀에 공급하는 분육의 량을 제어하여 다양한 크기와 다양한 점도를 가지는 분육을 성형할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 분육의 뭉침 현상을 방지할 수 있는, 분육 공급을 위한 각도 조절형 회전날을 가지는 호퍼와 각도 조절형 성형틀을 가지는 분육 성형시스템에 관한 것이다.
