PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscopic diagnostic device that simultaneously captures and displays a narrow-band light image and an oxygen saturation degree image for observing blood vessels in the surface and intermediate layers.SOLUTION: The endoscopic diagnostic device includes: an image pickup device that, in a narrow-band light observation mode, receives white light irradiated on a subject at a first emission ratio and also reflective light from the subject irradiated by the first narrow-band light for observing the blood vessels to capture a narrow-band light image for observing blood vessels, and in an oxygen saturation degree observation mode, receives the second reflective narrow-band light from the subject irradiated with the light and captures the narrow-band light image for observing oxygen saturation degree a controller for alternately capturing the narrow-band light image and the oxygen degree observation image, on a time division basis an image processor that generates an oxygen saturation degree image showing the distribution of the oxygen saturation degrees, based on the narrow-band light images for observing the blood vessels and oxygen saturation degree and a display to display both the narrow-band light image for observing the blood vessels and the oxygen saturation degree image.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】表層から中層の血管を観察することができる血管観察用の狭帯域光画像と酸素飽和度画像とを同時に撮像し表示することができる内視鏡診断装置を提供する。【解決手段】内視鏡診断装置は、狭帯域光観察モードの場合に、被検体に第1発光比率で照射される白色光および第1狭帯域光の被検体からの反射光を受光して血管観察用の狭帯域光画像を撮像し、酸素飽和度観察モードの場合に、被検体に照射される第2狭帯域光の被検体からの反射光を受光して酸素飽和度観察用の狭帯域光画像を撮像する撮像素子と、血管観察用の狭帯域光画像と酸素飽和度観察用の狭帯域光画像とを時分割で交互に撮像するように制御する制御部と、血管観察用の狭帯域光画像および酸素飽和度観察用の狭帯域光画像に基づいて酸素飽和度の分布を表示する酸素飽和度画像を生成する画像処理部と、血管観察用の狭帯域光画像および酸素飽和度画像を同時に表示する表示装置とを備える。【選択図】図2
