The device has an external cylindrical shaped acoustic system (1) presenting 5 to 10 mm in length and 3 to 5 mm in diameter. The acoustic system consists of a cylindrical inlet (2), an acoustic compression cone (3) and an outlet located at a tip of the cone along a processing direction (E-S) of acoustic waves. Diameter of the tip of the outlet of the compression cone is between 0.1 and 0.8 mm, where the device is made of metal, alloy or plastic material. Inner diameter of the cylindrical inlet is between 1 and 3 mm. An independent claim is also included for a sealed ear plug comprising a bore for receiving a clipping device.
